Italian Vintage 6.13 Ctw. Diamond Floral-Motif Brooch by Mario Buccellati, composed of 18k white gold and 18k yellow gold. With two main Shield-Shaped diamonds – the first is 2.13 carats and GIA certified I color/SI2 and the second is 2.01 carats and GIA certified I color/VS2. Further enhanced by Round Brilliant Cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats in total. Diamonds are set into a two-tone floral motif, reminiscent of thistles. The brooch measures 2″ wide by 2 1/4″ tall. Italian origin, signed ‘Mario Buccellati’. Circa 1950’s.
