Story Behind the Bag

It took years to find a grouping of 1930s-40s era vintage but unrelated brooches in similar hues. Each piece (crystals, rhinestones, gemstones) was sourced from different antique shops and shows, from Palm Beach to North Carolina; Queensland, New Zealand and beyond. The plum-colored background works well against the amethyst and violent-colored brooches. The bright gold adds some pop to the bag. Cocktail to black tie.
